You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your use or purchase of any of our products implies that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.
License
Your purchase grants you the rights to use our themes on as many concurrent sites as the purchased license allow. -A single license allows you to install a purchased theme on one current site. -A multiple license allows you to install a purchased theme on an unlimited number of websites owned by you.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please also refrain from deleting our credit text from the template file. You are however allowed to delete our credit links from the footer or any other visible place in the theme. This applies to both single and multiple license purchases.
Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from LilyThemes.
Updates
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of LilyThemes. Our products are provided “as I” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Refund policy
Since LilyThemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Privacy policy
No information submitted by a buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
Warranty
LilyThemes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we cannot guarantee that LilyThemes templates will work with all browser combinations.
