1. How does the payment work?
At first you select one of our wonderful themes and click on the buy button. You will then be taken to the checkout where you either need to register or log in. Subsequently you will be directed to PayPal. After successful payment you will be able to log in and download your theme.
2. Something went wrong with the payment? Your account is still inactive?
In general you should be able to log in 1 or 2 minutes after your PayPal transaction. If not contact us and we will fix your problem (don't forget to give us your username and PayPal transaction id).
3. When do I exactly get the theme?
It will be enabled for download on your dashboard shortly after the payment.
4. How do I install a theme?
Download the theme from your dashboard and unzip the .rar file. Copy the whole folder into the themes directory of your Wordpress installation (wordpress/wp-content/themes) and activate it in your blog's dashboard. That's it!
5. Will there be updates for my theme?
Yes, of course. All themes include lifelong support. This covers updates just as help with installing the themes. You will see all available updates on your dashboard and receive a message via email as soon as they arrive.
6. How do I update my themes?
Download the update for your theme from the dashboard. Then just copy the new files into the theme folder and if required replace the old ones. For further information you can read the detailed guide attached to each update.
7. Will the theme work with my plugins?
Yes, in most cases it should work. We always try to make themes widely compatible. In case there are problems anyway contact the support or write it in the forum.
8. What kind of support do I get?
You get lifelong support access to our forum, where all (we hope happy) customers and our support team will help you with any kind of problem. In addition to that we provide direct help via email as much as possible.
9. I am not familiar with any programming language, is that a problem?
Our themes were build keeping the average user in mind. This means that almost every customization-option we offer can be done from within your blog's dashboard with a click.
10. May I remove the credits in the footer?
Yes, you are allowed to remove them. For further questions read our terms and conditions.
11. Is it possible to upgrade from a Single User License to a Developer License?
Yes, of course. All you need to do is write a short email to our support and we will give you a link for paying the difference between the two licenses.
12. May I resell a theme?
No, you may not resell any of our themes in any way, shape or form. However, developer licenses allow you to install it on multiple sites.
13. I have an idea how to improve the theme/ I have found an error in the theme!
We would be grateful if you have any suggestion regarding our themes. Please write us an email and let us know. We will try to solve/implement it as soon as possible.
